DP Practitioner:
We are seeking a highly experienced and IMCA Accredited DP Practitioner to join our team for worldwide operations capable to perform/witness DP Trial, DP FMEA Trial, DP Mobilization, Field Entry Trial and DP Incident Investigation as well as submission of reports, verification of close out status of the finding from DP surveys and trials as well as review and verification of DP guidelines, documents and procedures in according to IMCA requirement.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate must
hold valid IMCA DP Practitioner accreditation (either DP Trials & Assurance Practitioner or Company DP Authority)
possess extensive experience in Dynamic Positioning (DP) Assurance processes, DP FMEA proving trials, and Annual DP Trials.
Strong technical knowledge of vessel systems, including propulsion, thrusters, power management, and position reference systems
Familiarity with DP assurance processes, including audits, inspections, and performance assessments.

FMEA Technicians
We are expanding our growing Dynamic Positioning team and are seeking a skilled FMEA Technician to support multiple DP assurance and marine projects across our global client base. This is a key role for someone who can translate complex technical details into clear, accurate, and professional documentation.
Responsibilities:
Develop, write, and maintain DP-related documentation, including:
FMEAs
ASOGs / CAM / TAM documentation
Annual and renewal trial programs
Technical reports, procedures, and findings
Work closely with DP engineers, auditors, and project managers to gather accurate operational detail
Ensure all documents meet IMCA, Class, and client-specific standards
Support standardization and quality improvements across the DP assurance workflow
Deliver polished, client-ready documents consistently and on schedule
Preferred Qualifications:
IMCA DP Practitioner certification strongly preferred
Prior experience with DP operations, marine assurance, engineering, or vessel trials
Strong technical writing skills and attention to detail
Ability to translate technical system concepts into clear, concise documentation
Solid understanding of offshore vessel systems, redundancy principles, and DP methodologies
